- Reservation. Reservations can be made using the form on the website www.alma-apartments.pl (optional: by phone: +48 609 605 506, by e-mail: rezerwacja@alma-apartments.pl).
- It is possible to change a confirmed reservation provided that the apartment is available on the proposed date.
- Confirmation of reservation. The condition for booking is to pay a deposit of 50% to the account:

Payment must be made within 48 hours of making the reservation.
For non-refundable reservations, the prepayment is 100%. - Payment. Guest must pay the full amount for the booked stay (credit card/BLIK) no later than the check-in date. Payment by bank transfer requires prior crediting of funds to the account.
- If your stay is shortened, the fee for the unused period is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
- The price of the apartment depends on the date and length of stay and is always given in the reservation form.
- The price includes utilities (gas, electricity, water), internet, TV, and final cleaning. This does not apply to apartments on the Costa Del Sol, where the final cleaning fee is listed in the offer.
- Additional services such as: change of bed linen and towels, cleaning "on request" and others are available
for an additional fee, after prior arrangement with the service. - Hotel stay. Your stay in the apartment begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
- Handing over the keys. In case of full prepayment (by bank transfer or credit card/BLIK) to the specified
Access codes are provided with the reservation phone number. When paying on-site, the key handover time is agreed upon with the Guest by phone the day before arrival. If the Guest is unable to arrive at the agreed time, they are obligated to immediately notify the Lessor by phone. - Late check-in. There is an additional fee for overnight stays (9:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.)
in the amount of PLN 150. This does not apply to prepaid reservations or those paid by card/BLIK. - Guest check-in procedure. Please fill out REGISTRATION CARD located in the apartment. The Guest is required to present a photo ID upon request. The Landlord has the right to refuse to issue keys if the Guest:
- does not have a valid identity document,
- refuses to show it,
- is under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
- during his previous stay he grossly violated the regulations.
- Rules of stay:
- Guests are obligated to adhere to good neighborly, health and safety, and fire safety rules, and to maintain the apartment in a state of good repair. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Guests who violate the regulations may be asked to leave the apartment.
- It is prohibited to organize events or conduct service activities in the apartment.
- The Guest is responsible for any damage or loss of any apartment equipment. In such cases, they are required to cover the loss in cash on the day of departure. Otherwise, the Landlord reserves the right to charge the Guest's credit card after their departure.
- Children under 13 years of age must be supervised by an adult in the apartment. Guardians are responsible for any damage caused by the children.
- When leaving the apartment, the guest should: turn off the appliances (TV, stove, microwave, iron), turn off the lights, turn off the taps, close the windows, balcony doors and the entrance door.
- In the event of a breakdown, the Guest is obliged to secure the premises and immediately notify the Facility Administrator, as well as to facilitate the removal of the fault.
- Conversations with staff may be recorded.
- Unregistered guests may stay in the apartment from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Their presence after 10:00 p.m. is considered consent to paid accommodation in accordance with the current price list (available on the website).
- Late check-out is only possible with the Landlord's consent. A fee of 501 TP3T of the accommodation price is charged for extending the hotel stay.
- Personal items left in the apartment will be sent to the indicated address at the Guest's expense.
- Complaints. Guests have the right to submit complaints regarding deficiencies in the quality of services provided. Complaints should be submitted immediately upon discovery, via email.
- In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
- The Regulations come into force on the date of publication on the website www.alma-apartments.pl.
